From the intersection of Lovells and North Down River Roads, drive east 1 mile to Morley road and turn right (south). Continue on Morley Road just under 2 miles, keeping right, until you reach the river. The circle drive will hold about six vehicles and there is an easy 20 yard walk to the river.
In this area the river is fairly wide and only about knee-deep making casting and wading easier. During high water times there are some areas upstream that are unwadable.
