What it is
Eight and a half miles of upper Pere Marquette from the M-37 bridge down to Gleason's Landing — gravel runs, deep bends and log jams, and the most heavily fished water on the river by a wide margin.
Catch-and-release fly fishing only for all species, all year, zero possession of fish, bait or scent. One exception: a child under 12 may keep one trout or salmon between 8 and 12 inches.
